The team at Cogoport is working on developing a new category, a Global Trade Platform, that helps companies discover and connect with appropriate trade partners, optimize shipping and logistics options and costs, and help improve cash management and cashflow.

We are aiming to reach an annualized revenue of $1 billion (7700 Crores INR) by this summer and are hiring over 500 engineers, 200+ customer success managers, and 20+ finance professionals. We are currently hiring in Mumbai, Gurgaon, Chennai and Bangalore.

Your ‘day to day’
 
As a Fintech Operations Manager, you will coordinate with finance partners in managing fintech business operations.
 
More specifically, you'll
Coordinate with customers, ensuring seamless experience while onboarding them in fintech program
Collaborate with financial partners ensuring program SLAs are maintained
Create and update reports on performance of program and share with relevant stakeholders
Who we’re looking for
Bachelor’s in commerce + MBA (preferred) or equivalent skills through demonstrated experience.
Substantial experience in Operations handling.
Experience in fintech would be a great added value.
Good understanding of LMS tools
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
